A 183-unit apartment complex that responds to the unique topography of the quarry site.

There are two buildings made up of eight blocks joined by glass lobbies, which act as entries to each block. The building form has a ribbon-like quality as it follows the road and this, in turn, defines a landscaped central courtyard, which retains elements of the old quarry and remnant natural vegetation on the ridge on the west.

The majority of the apartments are crossover unit typologies with natural cross-ventilation.  The units have dual aspects, looking back towards Gosford town centre or South across Brisbane Waters.
