de la Vega Design and Build has been practicing since 1983 with projects in The UK, U.S, Singapore, The Philippines, Dubai, Argentina, and all over Australia. They have been involved with private residential, hotels, restaurants/cafes, large scale residential developments, commercial use developments, as well as public infrastructure. The family practice was behind large area defining projects such as Woolloomooloo Finger Wharf and Walsh Bay developments in Sydney.
The de la Vega's interest lies in approaching projects with passion, enthusiasm and the intention of exceeding expectations. They work with clients to create a design that says something, and most importantly creates an environment that makes the clients feel excited and energised.
The de la Vega's believe that there is always a creative solution to any problem regardless of the constraints, which is why they have developed an expertise in difficult project, and why they have created a vast number of finishes and fittings that are considered to be industry standard today. They provide services for every stage of the design and build process - architecture, interior design, project management, approvals, construction, fabrication of bespoke furniture and artworks, and more.

With over 40 years of experience as an architect Alejandro specialises in council approval, project management, construction, fabrication and manufacture of our bespoke pieces, commercial and large scale residential development and construction.

Lynette de la Vega
With over 40 years experience as de la Vega Architects design lead, Lynette is the creative force. She has experience with interior renovations, build-from-scratch homes, high-rise buildings and large residential developments. Lynette also designs bespoke furniture, built-in sculptural pieces, fittings and fixtures.

Ricardo de la Vega
With 20 years of experience in the construction industry, his experience ranges from luxury residential and commercial work to urban planning and medium density design.
He has worked in association on several projects both in Sydney, Buenos Aires, Montevideo & Miami. These projects largely involved high-end residential & also included large-scale master planning incorporating residential and commercial facilities.

With a background in property development, Alejandro, Lynette and Ricardo have gained experience from both sides of the fence, as architects and as developers, able to provide clients with a rounded informed vision. They have extensive knowledge and experience in all aspects of planning, procuring, delivering and commissioning major infrastructure works projects in the field of construction, design, FFE and/or contract management.
